From Raleigh/Durham Airport/ RT 85 South

Exit the Airport on RT 540/RT 70 East towards Raleigh In about 1- 2 miles RT 540 exits to the right & Follow RT 540. Go another 1- 2 miles and you will see an exit for RT 70 North to Durham. Take RT 70 North. Follow RT 70 North for about 10 miles. (You will see signs for RT 70 Business & do not take this.. stay right.) Approx 2+ miles you will see the RT 85 North/Henderson.

Take RT 85 North. Follow RT 85 North to Henderson/ RT158 - exit 215. At the traffic light turn left. Go to the next traffic light and turn right (A bar- b- que place is on the right). You will see a sign for Warrenton. Follow this road over some RR tracks, past the John Deer dealership under RT 1, past the Shell Station. You will then come to a fork in the road & bear right towards Warrenton. Follow this road for about 10+ miles. When you enter Warrenton, at the second stop light turn left onto Main Street. Go to the next traffic light turn right onto RT 158/58/43. Pass Lowes Food, at the Armory, which will be on your left, bear right on to RT58/ 43. Follow this road for five miles. You will pass the Warrenton Golf Club. When you come to a post and rail fence on the left RTS 58 and 43 split. Follow RT 58 by turning right..(there is a small church on the right hand corner.) Again follow RT 58 for five miles. You will pass over a small bridge and on the right will be a sign "Welcome to Inez Community". In about a quarter mile you will see the " Halifax Electric Sub-Station" which sits at the corner of DAVIS BUGG ROAD/PETE HARRIS ROAD.

Turn left onto DAVIS BUGG ROAD. There will be a black post and rail fence on the left. You are now at Lake O' The Woods Plantation. Pass Lake O' The Woods Cottage and please come to the Main House which is the second house on the left.
